Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high‑volume periods (new releases, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately — once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier‑related issues.
